Youview Remote Control

my youview remote control has stopped working on the volume and mute button anyone any ideas how to reset it?

Ours is linked with BT Vision, is yours? If so I can tell you what to do... (or what we do!) Are you sure it's not just the batteries in the remote?

The remote needs to be re-programmed for your TV.

Presumably it was, but perhaps it was left without batteries for a while and forgot.

its not linked to BT .I have not been able to programme it to my tv its the volume on the youview hd freeview box that the remote will not work.everything else still works.
