Can anyone point me in the direction of the email/contact details for the head honcho of Kickers shoes please? I am on a mission but my patience and googling skills are not as good as many on here. Thank you, x

All I quickly came up with from their website was the contact us page http://www.kickers.com/en/contacts
or here's customer services http://help.kickers.co.uk/

Thank you, I have telephoned and emailed custom services and they are pants.
Their complacency is beyond belief and if they think I am just going to leave it be then they are wrong.
Facebook may be your best bet - companies seem to react to negative posts.

somewhere on AB there is the site address where you can get the email addresses of CEOs.
Works !
Bennie Hoo-jah of TescoBank had me complaining about his ars+y personnel in the same terms they had used to me and didnt like it at all.

I haven't been this cross with an organisation since the Wookey Hole incident. They pissed me off so much I managed to get the Advertising Standards Agency to make them change their website.
Whats happened sherr, has a pair of the kids Kickers fallen apart ?.
Gawd the money we have spent on those things in the past.

Boy #2 and thing 2's shoes wore through on the heels after 37 days wear. They're not cheap and I have got refunds for both pairs (from different retailers) but Kickers don't seem to give a Sugar that their £30+ a pair of shoes are so rubbish. Thing 1 has some and hers are fab - thick, solid soles which will take some wearing out. I can't understand how companies can be so complacent in the current economy. I just want them to say why the soles on the boys shoes are so crap compared to girls shoes.
Just goes to show that expensive doesn't always equal best

I bought cheap shoes last year thinking I was being smart and then had to replace them all at half term. Can't win with shoes.
try zees:

which seems to be still upand running

Some kids are more heavy on their feet and go through shoes quicker than others

Thanks PP, I found that after your last post. Pentland (who appear to own the Kickers brand) are one of the few companies with no details. However, it will be a useful site for when I have my next major rant.
IAN BLACKMAN was MD - BUT they don't seem to have one at moment-which is odd

No email contacts though
Oh , btw none of these peeps will personally deal with you they will pass it off to someone much lower

When I had a problem with Kickers shoes I sent them photos of the problem via their website. They gave me an immediate refund, plus a voucher to use against a future purchase. No hassles at all!
Perhaps I was just lucky?
