And that now recently we have a mutual friend so would that message be transferred from others to inbox or would it remain in their others folders?

means?
but that's a message so only she will be able to read it right?
Yes, only she will be able to read it - if it has got through to her. Peter isn't on the same track as everyone else...

Unless she's shown it to someone else.

Time to play it cool - or, alternatively, ask for relationship advice over here: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Relationships-and-Dating/
Some people shouldn't be allowed near computers....
even if it did move across, it will be sitting there dated from when you sent it, so unless she scrolls back through pages of messages to look then she wont even know its there
if its just a harmless apology, just send it again - tell her you arent sure if it got through

having a mutual friend doesnt mean she will get your messages anyway as she may have it set to friends only
