Hi erimus 1, I believe the quotation is : 'All animals are born equal but some are more equal than others'. As jaguarxj6 says, it is from Animal Farm by George Orwell. Ain't it the truth?

Great - thanks for that - I was told that George Orwell's was just an adaptation of the original quote - I did have it once but am damned if I can find it now.
