I am now coming to the end of my ISP contract with BT and am considering taking out an 18mth contract with 'Primus', which includes anytime telephone calls and unlimited monthly download,
Could anyone give me any feedback on this supplier. If so, I would be very grateful. Many thanks

What's your problem with BT that is making you wish to change your ISP.?

A lot of folk do Not realise that without BT Telephone Exchanges, very few ISPs could survive. Consequently, if problems arise, it is possible that BT customers take precedence over other ISP customers who are having their Broadband connections via a BT Telephone Exchange.

I admit that I am with BT and remain very happy with its service.

Hi Alex_Higham
Thanks for your answer, I fully support your reasoning and have been very happy with the service that I've received from BT. However, I regret to say that my only reason for changing my ISP is the cost ..... need I say more?

I guess that you get what you pay for! So I think I'll stick with BT

Llonaid...I don't think you will regret staying with BT.

Incidentally, I am guessing from your 'username' that you are Welsh. Consequently, I say "Dymuniadau gorau i chi."

@alex

sound like you work for BT !

BT are about to raise their line rental costs.
