I clean my teeth about 3-4 times a day - but do like to ensure my breath is ok throughout the day - anybody recommend a good one as above. Thanks

PS teeth give me a lot of trouble (no dentists yet)

Conne, dental practice has changed hugely over the years. I used to be terrified - but apart from the initial needle prick, you really don't feel anything these days.

Leaving unrinsed toothpaste on your teeth is a very odd thing to do!
Please steel yourself to see a dentist - you may have an underlying gum problem which if left untreated will lead to total loss of teeth. As a wearer of dentures (upper set only) I wish I had been bolder about dental visits years ago (I went twenty years without attendance until a Company medical dr said "Have those stumps seen to", I go every six months now).

Well 3 years ago when I went to the private dentist - I was nursing a broken shoulder - but some time later when I read the list

Even up the crown
Implant two of my own teeth
loads of more

I don't want cosmetic stuff done - just pain taken away. Maybe after Xmas will pluck up the courage. The treatment 3 years was £1,200 - I guess it will have gone up.

To me all dentists are barbarians.
Actually, being a dentist must be an awful job - hardly anyone likes coming to see you..... :-(

I think you've had bad experiences, conne - my dentist now is great.

boxy "bad experiences" were so bad I will never forget them!
