In the last few days I have installed a new hard drive to replace the old one that was not working. I followed by installing a brand new genuine copy of Windows XP Home. Things seem to be working well expect that I cannot restore my Blueyonder broadband connection. The Blueyonder CD gets halfway through installation to the stage where is says it is restoring connections etc. then says it has failed. Tried several times to no avail. XP says the connection is limited and have tried the repair wizard, still no luck. Any help greatly appreciated.

Assuming you are on Blueyonder Broadband with a cable modem - are you using a USB or Ethernet connection to your PC ?

If you are using Ethernet, you don't need to install the Blueyonder software - just plug in the Ethernet cable PC-cable modem.
