i just dont know whats gonna happen im so scatred been told get duty sol on the day are they any good do u think ill go jail

yes, i think you prbably will.

i think they will take into account that your previous punishment did not rehabilitate you, and did not provide you with a lesson, did not stop you reoffending.

It might be best to plan for the worst (prison) but hope for the best
Get to court early and ask for the duty solicitor , they can be very busy so make sure you get in early and ask to see him/her. You need time to explain everything to the duty solicitor. I would not be surprised if the duty solicitor asks for an adjournment to give time to prepare a case and get reports etc, that would be the normal thing to do in your situation.
Eddie's advice is sound but do not rely on the Magistrates granting an adjournment for you to have more time for preparation. If you are going to plead guilty then there is nothing to prepare other than mitigation (if there is any). If you are going to plead not guilty your trial will not be held on the day and an adjournment will be granted to the trial date.

You will have had at least a week with knowledge that this matter was coming to court. If you arrive there having done nothing in that week it will be unreasonable to expect an adjournment for you to make some arrangements for your defence. The court expects progress to be made at every hearing.
