Hi

I keep getting a grey, oblong flash up all the time and this is what it says:
@The plug in is vulnerable and should be updated - check for updates - Activate Adobe Flash'.

What is this and how can I get rid of it?

Go to the Adobe website and download their uninstaller and run it . Restart your computer and then go back to the Adobe site and download the correct version for your OS and install it be sure you exit your browser before you install it.
