Can anyone give me some advice please, I have had a look through the questions already and cant seem to find any help.

Me and my fiancee are getting married in May 2008 abroad in Cyprus, my fiancee's passport runs out in June so we are in the process of renewing her old passport, when we come home, will we have to renew her passport in to her married name and pay for it again.?

You can obtain a new passport in the married name up to 3 months before the wedding

I am not 100% sure, but your wife will still be able to use her newly renewed passport until its expiry date, even though it will show her maiden name on it. You do not legally have to use you married name for anything.
as long as any trip she books is in the name on the passport
