one idea is for you and your friends to all put in 20 quid or something and then get her something bigger like concert tickets or a weekend trip to paris or something.
hope this helps
How about a massage or a facial or something of that nature. Most health clubs/salons offer gift packages in the form of vouchers. They're lovely and indulgent and a great treat.

depends how much you are wanting to spend?

Hows about some jewellery or a watch, something you know she will keep forever and when shes 90 she'll say "you know this (insert item of jewellery) is 69 years old, i got it for my 21st from my best mate Alixw"

get her 21 small pressies and wrap them all up individually. Things like Bubble bath, earrings, her favourite sweets, a CD etc. my 21st was a themed party and my brother and sister in law got me a themed pressie, 21 purple pressies. I had everything from a beanie bear (purple) to a carton of ribena! it was the best pressie by far!
Get her a six month lottery ticket. You can do it online at LOTTO and it will cost you 26. She then has 26 chances of becoming a millionaire for which she'll likely be truly grateful to you !!
How about a bottle of port which needs to be laid down for a few years and she can open perhaps when she's 30 or has a big celebration in years to come

If you and some friends can club together, you will be able to afford a silver Tiffany pendant from the Paloma Picasso range. I believe they're about 90. We got one for a colleague's leaving present and she was thrilled.

They're understated, classy and every young lady should have a bit of Tiffanys...she'll keep it forever.

How about a Terramundi money pot? You can get them personalised. Here is the link: www.terramundi.co.uk
