God I hate September when big spiders appear. They truly terrify me, I'm hoping my 2 new kittens will deal with them this year as my old cats couldn't give a monkey's..

I am such a wimp that I have to sleep with my sister when I am there, and will not go upstairs once evening is here. I prefer to do things in the dark so as not to see any, but street lights permeate the curtains in England, ooooh!!

Not bothered with too many mossies in my area, but that maybe cos we have anti mossie machines and air con, which blows them to smithereens should one dare to enter the villa.

I wish I could drive, I could probably have a nice little earner doing spider removal. I had a really friendly one under the washer for ages, he used to pop out for a chat when I was cooking dinner. :)

I'm not scared of spiders but I don't like them crawling around in my clothing.

I had one in my bed yesterday. The first time that's happened, to my knowledge anyway. I screamed blue murder.

Whacked it with a hardback, spider juice all over the sheets which I then boil washed. Twice. Urgh.
