Uninstalling...

We have an Acer desktop - Vista (not sure if any more info is needed)

I've tried to uninstall some items but it won't let me. First off when you click on what you want to uninstall the option unistall/change doesn't appear. Secondly if I try to scroll down the list it crashes and says 'not responding'

I have scanned with MSE and Malwarebytes and got rid of any threats.

Any ideas?

Do you have a program called CCleaner installed? If so you could try uninstalling stuff using that (tools section).

Where will I find tools?
sorry to piggy back - but Daffy654 - do I know you ?
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Download the free version and install it, when it is done installing open it up and look down the left for a section called 'Tools', click this and you will get a list of all the stuff you have installed, it can be uninstalled from there usually.
