i bought software that said it would not run ue know wat it under windows me. does anyone know wat it means??

It means it's incompatible with the version of Windows that you are using on your pc. Not an unusual situation for Windows ME, I'm afraid. You can try to return it, and hopefully you'll get your money back. Either that or upgrade to Windows XP.
