I got my first birthday card today a month and a day too early from a penpal. How would you go about telling them thank you very much, but you got the right date (almost) but the wrong month. Such a lovely card too :)

I sometimes post cards early if I'm going to be away from home on the right posting date - but I always write the birthday date on the outside of the envelope.

I got a present today...this penpal is going to be away for a while though in France on a painting holiday. Quite a good idea Boxy though I have to say :)
