I have just spent the last hour and a half going through my dressing table drawers and wardrobes. I now have one full air ambulance bag and two carrier bags full of unwanted, unused clothes.
I feel really good.
Envious Tilly. I keep promising myself I will sort out my wardrobes and drawers of what I wear and what I dont but never quite get round to it. Maybe Saturday!
Tilly it is a great feeling - but somewhere lurking in the back of your mind you go - maybe I'll wear this again or maybe I'll wear that again - but a bit of a tip was given to me years ago - (if you haven't worn clothes within 2 years) get rid. xxx Conne
I really must do mine Tilly,
We support the air ambulance aswell, you never know when you could need it,
watched it land and take a lady who was on holiday here last year, they were very fast and efficient.
Yes, Conne.I've said goodbye to some old favourites but I decided to be ruthless. Last week, I attacked my study. That was a much more difficult task. My books manage to place themselves back on the bookcases.
I have a whole spare bedroom waiting to be sorted - books, clothes, shoes and handbags mostly. But I've been otherwise (dis)engaged. Maybe this autumn...
"I have a whole spare bedroom waiting to be sorted"
Is it a room that's actually spare? Or basically an indoor garden shed? I find the latter is impossible to actually clear; it's like trying to have an orderly bin :)
