Are you diabetic sandy or do you have circulation problems?
I have burning feet but I've had it since chemo caused nerve damage years ago...and I have fibromyalgia now and that causes all kinds of painful sensations.
I've tried those cooling gels but the effects don't last for long. Have a word with your gp if it gets worse/keeps you awake etc.

I'm not diabetic and as far as I know don't have circulation problems. I'll get myself a pair of Crocs tomorrow when I'm out and see if they'll help cool the feet.
