chickens eggs

we have 12 pet chickens. growers. they have the free run of the garden they eat whatever they find in the garden plus corn plus leftovers from dinner and bread. When they eventually lay eggs is it ok to eat them or should they be vaccinated and fed a special diet before you can eat them ?

absolutely - they will be wonderful. fresh eggs from your own chooks nothing better. I have 15 and never had them vaccinated.

Absolutely. and if you want more helpful answers try thie practical poultry forum.. It's off for a couple of days (maintenance) but is's a boon for those just starting out keeping chickens.
