I am trying to book tickets to see the new Mary Rose exhibition but when I click in the link I get this message

Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

Is this something that will right itself ?

Yes, when the website has paid for more bandwidth.
Yes. This will right itself. There are too many people applying for tickets at the same time and jamming up the system. When the rush slows down things will go back to normal.
It means too many people are trying to book on the event at the same time causing too much web site traffic. Not your fault.

As it has been blasted all over the news all day that is no surprise.

Try again at 2 am or other quiet time.
