...Bangladeshi clothing workers. Debenhams and Gap refuse to sign an accord which 30 other major retailers have no problem with.

as much as i agree that they should get all the companies on board i won't sign. They should also stop the people putting up buildings that are obviously unsafe, and in fact a danger to peoples lives.
Extra money will fatten factory owners not workers.
