0.1% means one-tenth of one hundredth - one part in a thousand. So yes.
£2,500 ( remove 2 zeros)

£250 as long as the dot in front of 1 is a decimal point and not a mistype.
It would have been clearer to put 0.1%.
Yes it's £250, at first I thought the point was dirt on my screen but it wouldn't come off ;-)

Looking at Swiss tax system and you pay tax on assets abroad at a rate of 0.1% to 1,000,000 chf to a max of 1% on 10,000,000chf .
