OK- here goes...getting a basic maths test at uni (student nurse)

thing is..i actually am TERRIBLE at maths- and im really really terrified- have to get 100%

I cannot even remeber how to do fractions- basic stuff i know
and also conversions ie grams, mg, micrograms, litres, ml, and so on! aparently its common knowledge but when it comes to maths i have none!!!!!

i feel sooooo dumb but i really want to pass and am trying to refresh- any good tips- no matter how small? also cant find a good conversion table- the sites all want me to type in the numbers i just want a table..even tried in my filofax but its not what im after???

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :0(
