I've been watching My Name is Earl for the last few weeks. What do other people think of this latest American import? Personally, I think it's one of the funniest, cleverest comedies to come out of the USA for a very, very long time - best thing on TV at the mo.

Yes I agree, it is a very clever, simple premise, well written with a guaranteed fast track to absurdity in each episode.

i was very upset to miss it completely last week cos of stupid big brother! I love the characters in this - Earls brother reminds me of Patrick from Spongebob Squarepants, he's so dumb!. Great stuff.

I think its hillarious, it cracks me up. But unfortunately I missed Fridays coz I went out. Sometimes I catch the reapeat through the week but cant seem to find it in the tv listings anywhere, unfortunately I only have terrestrial tv.
