What salary would you expect a system analyst to be on two years after graduating?

Probably not as much as you'd like. I guess it depends on the company you work for but to get an idea it's interesting to search the job pages of papers like the Guardian or the Telegraph (don't know which day the IT jobs are shown). Where a job advertises for candidates with industry experience of XX years you get an idea of pay scale.
You could also contact a recruitment consultant (on the pretence of submitting your details) and ask what you could expect with your level of experience.
This is one of those 'how long is a piece of string' questions. It depends on many factors including the location, size and nature of the company, together with the other terms of the contract.
As a guide, here's a quote from the relevant LearnDirect careers page:
"Annual Income -
Figures are intended as a guideline only:
Newly entrants (sic) can expect between �19,000 and �24,000 a year.
Experienced analysts earn between �25,000 and �40,000.
Senior analysts involved in project management can earn over �50,000 a year."

Based upon those figures, I'd expect a systems analyst (with two years experience) to be paid around �21k if, say, he/she was working in the rail industry based in the north of England. If, however, he/she was working for a major financial company in the City of London, I'd expect him/her to be earning at least �25k.
