Why cant I get any sound from YOUTUBE? All the settings are on & NOT on mute. This has also happened on FB tho' I can get my nephew singing on FB. ????HELP!

Your flash player has probably stopped working .Go to the Adobe website and download the uninstaller and run it then download the latest flash player from the same site and reinstall it .That should get it to work .

Hi galeck1947, before I venture to uninstall then reinstall ADOBE Flash player, I must mention that the videos on FB do play but only for a few seconds. The screen on Youtube doesn't and has a small white dot in the middle of the screen (??) Does this still point to the ADOBE Flash Player not working? By the way, how do I find it on my PC??!! It's not appearing on ALL PROGRAMMES. I await yr response!

Hi potty64 If it is not showing in your programs file which it should then I would still go to the Adobe website and download the uninstaller and run it just in case it has been corrupted and then download and install the latest version. Make sure you pick the right one for your operating system 32bit or 64 bit. This is worth a try.
