Having had Blackberry mobiles for years, I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy S4. I've never had a touchscreen mobile before. Ive just spent 5 minutes trying to turn my laptop on by tapping the screen, and baffled as to why it wasnt working!!

I think touch phones are great, I wouldn't be without my Galaxy Note, I'm just waiting to get the Note 11 later in the year, maybe a Note 111 by then.

My sister had a very sweary meltdown on Facebook last night because of laptop problems and the tech support from Ray in India who was apparently rather useless and impossible to understand. She gets very annoyed and confused by technology, especially when it 'doesn't work properly'. :)

lol, at least im not the only one Ratter - the most embarassing thing about it is, as i live next to a pub, a truck load of people saw and are still taking the pee....

Lol, mccfluff, when I drive the work cars the fobs dont work so we have to lock them manually, when one went in for a service we had a swanky new car for a day, the problem was, I just could lock the doors on it no matter how I tried, on returning the car to the dealer I pointed out this obvious fault, he asked, did you press the button on the fob! The fob? Ah....

of course this was a new car, not our own company cars lol, ridiculous really as all my own cars for the last 10 years including our current car have fobs to lock the doors.
