We bought an endowment from a solicitor and they have agreed it was mi-sold. We are now having difficulty getting them to answer any correspondence and wondered if it was possible to by pass them and send the complaint to the insurance company? Thanks in advance.

You might use a company like Policycheck.co.uk -they check what you've got and point you in the right direction
