Unlocking Old Sagem Phone?

I've got an old Sagem myX-7 phone. It was originally gotten on the Orange network but it was unlocked to take any sim card afterwards. When I turn it on now a message comes up saying "Phone Code" and looking for a code to be entered. Does anyone any default codes that it may be. I want to unlock the phone to look at old pictures etc.
