I cannot find any where on-line that can sell me an induction hob compatible egg poaching pan. Any info would be most welcome, thank you, charlie (dontknow doi)

any induction hob will work with a poacher as long the poacher is not made of aluminium

Thats a good price too dontknowdol. I've found pans for Induction hobs are usually very expensive.

I will order one of those too.
It's always irked me that this cooking method for eggs is called poaching. By definition, poaching is a technique where food is cooked in a liquid, e.g. smoked haddock in milk, and eggs in water. Using this kind of "poaching pan" equates to the cookery method called "coddling". It's a different kettle of fish, (or a horse of a different colour?)
Since I discovered just by putting a splash of white vinegar in boiling water you get perfect poached eggs, I've stopped using poaching pans. Try it, save yourself some money. The eggs have to be fresh though
