The address is correct, it's mine. The name though is no-one I know.

It's addressed to the Parent/Carer of (name)
and from the NHS Screening Dept. It says so on the front of the envelope.

Should I open it and contact them?

No alba, I'd contact them but not open the letter if you can find any contact details

If its just the screening dept, contact details here
http://www.screening.nhs.uk/contact-us
you don't know the name ? id RTS.
I had a letter come today for someone else but my address, I managed to catch the postman up and give it back to him.
I receive mail at my address with other names on. I usually just write "Not at this address" and put it in a post box. If there's no return address on it I think the Post Office send it to Belfast where they open it and return to the sender.

By the time I get to my front door, the postman is on his return journey! (We're at the end of the street)

Phoned them, the Screening Dept, all sorted.

Many thanks folks xxx
