Debit For Disabled People

Good morning All,

I need help/advise.

My mother had a stroke over 3 years ago, this has left her permanitly disabled.

An old credit card company has now been in contact demanding payment, now my mothers is house bound, can not walk / talk etc she has no means to pay this debt.

Can someone please point me in the right direction for advise etc and feedback.
