If so why do you see people who build all their hopes for the future around what human leaders promise.

And yet the Bible was written, not by Europeans, but by men in the Middle East, in Asia. Yet it is for all people everywhere. It makes no distinction between people on the basis of geographical location, race or color, whether yellow, black, brown or white. In it we find these inspired words of the apostle Peter: “For a certainty I perceive that God is not partial, but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.”—Acts 10:34, 35.

But should you? Without even raising the question as to whether individual leaders are honest or capable, the Bible gets to the core of the matter by reminding us that all of them die, and say “Do not put your trust in nobles, nor in the son of earthling man, to whom no salvation belongs. .........(Psalm 146:3, 4) So, at most, human leaders influence the affairs of a portion of humankind for only a few years. As for long-term security, they cannot give it to you any more than they can provide it for themselves.

Sad all because they don't understood the Bible.

Goodlife, Yes, according solely to a man who never met Jesus and was definitely not an eyewitness, the resurrected Saviour was seen by 500 people at one time, but strangely not one of them bothered to record the miraculous event.......

.......and don't forget all those good, albeit dead, people who rose from their graves and trundled happily around Jerusalem in celebration of the risen Jesus.

Course there's not a word about either extraordinary episode in any official record, but why let facts spoil your delirious reverie? Go for it and enjoy!! ;o)

It's natural for humans to observe and imitate other people. Our choices, in what we choose or turn away from, shape who we are and what values are shown forth by our lives. What are the most desirable virtues to adopt in achieving personal fulfillment and a strong sense of unity, certainty, and stability? The example of the apostle Paul, along with that of Silas and Timothy, to the fellowship in Thessalonica produced resounding success.

I Thessalonians 1
5 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.
6 And ye became followers [imitators] of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost:
7 So that ye were ensamples to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia.

The transformation of the believers in Macedonia and Achaia is truly inspiring as they turned their attention to and put their trust in God. This shift was brought about by prioritizing the gospel and teachings of The Word. Putting these teachings into action, I Thessalonians 2 provides the exemplary details of Paul, Silas, and Timothy pleasing God through their believing walk. The Thessalonians earned praise because they had seen the power of God in their lives due to valuing God's Word above the word of men.

I Thessalonians 2
13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

II Timothy 2 informs us that God's Word is worthy of in-depth study so that we may stand approved before Him as workmen, rightly dividing the word of truth. While the world often prefers monetization, those who value a godly understanding will evidence the power of the holy spirit and live a miracle-filled lifestyle with unwavering certainty.

Ephesians 3
3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,
4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God...
