Garden bench?

Rather special plant?

Hampton court flower show?
A subscription to gardening magazine? A subscription to be an rhs member?
I second the garden bench, as it's something that will last a long time.

Failing that, a trip to The Eden Project?

membership to RHS

Bench sounds like a lovely idea. Know I would appreciate one.
My guess is if she is going to Chelsea she may already be a member of the RHS.
Unfortunately £60 does not get you a very good garden bench.

If she has a garden centre nearby why not a gift token. Not very exciting but she can choose what she wants.
National Gardens Gift token.
It will enable her to get what she wants and plenty of time to think about it.
I'm 60 and that's what I would want.
Maybe a small plant to go with it ?

Yes, she does belong to RHS. She also had her garden designed and planted a couple of years ago.
You should have titled your thread "what do you get the garden fanatic that has it all", then....

Just give her the 60 quid.
Definitely RHS membership - I was given it last year and it's been just brilliant - my husband and I have enjoyed all 4 gardens plus the associate ones that get the one member in free.

One of the other group members has suggested we get her a massage voucher to use after a long days weeding /pruning etc. and maybe a manicure (.if her hands are anything like mine) Sounds great- will have to drop a heavy hint to my O.H. Thanks for all your ideas and suggestions.
