I am going to do 20 minutes of weights and then 30 minutes cario. How much should I aim to burn on the cardio?

Also there are classes such as body attack and RPM. Will these be better than doing weights and 30 mins cardio?

See if you can get into a HIIT session. Do this on alternate days, on the other days do 60 minutes of weights.
