Since learning that some cars do not have a spare wheel and tyre supplied but instead have an emergency inflating repairing device. I would welcome any observations on this vital omission.

First of I think that its very important to have a spare tire in your just in case ,you get a flat one in the middle of no where.But consider one that works for you and the right size for the current wheel.
