Hi,

I would like an eyelash perm - but only on one eye as I have one wonky set of lashes (!)

is it possible to get one done and save the other half of the solution until it needs doing again - or do they mix up a batch themselves to order and can just half it?

I just want to know if i will be expected to pay full price for one and waste half the mixture, or will they charge half?

Thanks

I made an appointment to get this done and when I got to the beauticians they strongly advised me against it. Apparently they made the perming solution stronger as it wasnt strong enough for some people. As a result of this being stronger, they now get people returning whose eyelashes have turned to balls of fuzz, and they have to tell this to everyone who makes an appointment to get it done, so that they can make a decision on whether they still want to do it.

I chose not to and bought the ruby and millie heated curling wand!

thanks chazza, i have got a great heated curler but i just thought i'd look into something more permanent.

I think i'll stick with that, you can never be too careful with your eyes i suppose, especially since my local salons all seem to be entirely staffed with vicky pollards! (LOL)and i'll consider myself lucky that the problem is only my eyelashes and nothing more serious!

The beauticians I went to was a good one (slightly more expensive but worth it to not have a "Vicky" serving you!). I know the girls personally and would trust their judgement!
