Amazon, every time for me.
@otmu My eyes glaze over and I tend to take the opposite view of any post that contains the portmanteau word "sheeple". Those that use it think they are being clever, but those who use it are often the members of the swivel =eyed frothing at the mouth evangelical brigade.

If you wish to make an argument that gains some sympathy with your target audience, do not insult them by calling them sheeple......
To answer the OP - It boils down to what price do you place on your integrity? And, in this instance, if the price difference is too great, thats fair enough - we all have to draw a line in the sand somewhere
Afraid I'm a lazy cheapskate. Like Amazon prices and the fact that the books pop through my letterbox without me having to drive miles, pay parking and queue in the shop. In my defence I do also buy in bookshops and love a good rummage around.
@Lazygun, Firstly lazygun, let me make this very clear, i, otmu, WILL most definately use any word at anytime and in any context i see fit, despite your invalid and unqualified pontificating, in attemt to modify me..
That said, if anyone reading my original post was offended by the inclusion of the word "sheeple" in context, then in my opinion they must ask them selves why.
And Lazygun, if i could swivel my eyes god knows i,d be rich, as for foaming at the mouth, i try my best to reserve that for saturday when playng golf.

But Lazygun, maybe you could explain to everyone, what is wrong with having a cause?

what is wrong with belonging to a brigade?

what is wrong with highlighting gross missuse of the United kingdoms income tax revenue?

And, what is wrong with advising someone that their good moral standing is in danger of being abused?
well it makes you sound like Finance Specialist, but apart from that, nothing i guess
I tend to buy books from shops rather than online (no big reason, more of a then and there kinda girl I guess) though I tend to go to cheaper places to look for them than Waterstones or WHSmiths if they are likely to stock it.

In the circumstances you have I'd buy them on Amazon.
@ otmu..............calm down with the aggression.
