P Middy Dropped

Apparently P Middy has been dumped by her publisher.

The string of planned books will not be happening.

Did anyone here actually buy her party book?

The most popular "how to" books are about things we already know how to do.

Delia has published three books called "How To Cook" ... even though everyone knows how to cook ... well, not me, actually, but most people.

Yep sqad, no talents in that department, my mother didn't either so never taught me. Thankfully - OH does all the cooking when he's home (not because I can't, but because he likes to) :-)

I bought it when it had been reduced to a fiver in WH Smiths last year. It has some nice recipes in it, but I skimmed over the "how to lay a table for a dinner party" section!
