How much can I expect to pay for someone to tile my bathroom. It measures approx. 12 yards x 3 yards.

You won't get a quality answer this way because it is too broad a spec. As a very very rough estimate, double the cost of the tiles and adhesive for the labour cost.

The reason I say this is because putting the whole tiles on is a doddle, the time comes in cutting / sticking tiles for the corners and reveals. So it rather depends on the awkward shapes you've got.

36 square yards for a bathroom is a hell of a big size - should be a tasty enough job for a tradesman to want to quote for.

Assume anywhere between 30-45 per m2 supply & fit including a decent quality tile. If cash in hand you looking at 75-120 per day dependant on where you are in the country. Oh im a Quantity Surveyor by the way thats why Im sad enough to know
