my signal strength in some areas of my house are weak, which makes the internet slow. are there any good methods of increasing signal strength.

Hi,

Not sure if this will help you, but it does wonders for me. Each time you get a poor signal, right click the wireless icon (right hand side, bottom of laptop) and click on 'repair'. Not only does it re-connect once again but it also ensures the signal is stronger. Hope it helps you too :)
