Has anyone else had to send their iPod Shuffle back because it was faulty? And if so, what problems did people have with it?
prev I want to add Ram and bigger hard drive. Advice?

Hi Heather, I've not sent mine back, but on many occasions its not filled up correctly. When I (on itunes) random fill it with approx 120 songs Im told all 120 have been installed, but on playback sometimes only about 80 are there! Basically I just put up with it as I got it cheap from ebay.

When I had mine on iTunes it said that all the songs were on the iPod Shuffle but when I tried to play it nothing came out!
