Blimey spam fritters at school...and I loved them. Tried them from a packet and they were not nice. Either taste buds have changed, or spam has !

We used to have slices of spam with cold mashed potato (not sure if it was meant to be cold) and some salad when I was at school - the thing I most remember about it is that you could cut little shapes out of the spam - never had it since, and never intend to have it again!
