Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

If 59 across is Ringo Starr and 49 across is 'malleable', and 66 across is 'truly', what on earth is 38 down? The only relevant word I can find is 'aspergill', but that doesn't fit with other words.

Thanks eaglechris and pega: you must have Catholic dictionaries! Couldn't find 'aspersory' in Encarta or Cambridge or Encyclopedia Britannica.

Rodbur, Aspersory in the religeous sense is a bit archaic these days, so a lot of the more common dictionaries tend not to include it in their listings, it was a pig to find on the web.

Agree not in all dictionaries, had a look at my Cassell Dictionary its in there not checked the others, when I did this crossword and saw the clue throught of Asperges which is holy water sprinkling, so got the word then - the word you had aspergill is the brush used in this rite, and Latin helped me aspergo... good luck
