How can you save e-mail files onto disc or CD? I have Windows XP and my server is Virgin.

You've probably omitted the most important piece of information - the program you're using to view your mail!
Assuming that you're using Outlook Express, go to 'File' and then 'Save As'. (If you want to save to a CD, you'll need to a use a rewriteable CD which has been formatted for 'drag & drop' date storage).
