Britains Best Bakery on daily at 4pm on ITV great show. Do you have bakeries like this in your town, delicious breads and cakes makes a change from the horrible mass produced bread in supermarkets.

There is a bakery n the village but they are very much stuck in the dark ages.

I wish they would try sourdough, spelt or rye loaves.

No such luck, although I live about half an hour from State Fayre, the Jewish bakers.
