Thinking of making a turkey and sage risotto when friends come round for dinner, anyone tried this? Im just a bit unsure if the sage would be the dominant overwhelming flavour here. Or anyone got any more festive risotto ideas, thanks?

I made a chicken & sage risotto with parmesan too, it was delish just add as much sage as you feel is enough.
