this was commented on in the news section yesterday, i think. it is a bit silly, but i believe when the chap was asked to stop (as the horses were on duty at the time) he behaved like a pillock. serves him right as he's been charged with breaching the peace. idiot.
The insider added: "His view is simply that he thought the horses looked hungry, daft as that sounds."
