The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine.



This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

seems like hard work to me !
would this be possible? If you walk or do exercises at a particular time of the day over a period does the body get to know this and stops reacting to it so is it a good idea to alternate the time of exercise .
Like it, but then I am a lazy devil. lol.
