I don't mean Cajun blakened chicken, I mean skin, flesh and bone are all black.

Why do black people always go for a black chicken when they have the choice of a black or white white chicken?

I saw it on Ching he haung and Ken Hom's exploration of China. a doctor made a broth with it but you can eat it, it supposedly tastes the same - perhaps a little gamey if you read the googley bit- I just wondered if anybody had.
