I keep going dizzy and sometimes can't bear to look at my computer screen - or my eyes kind of 'slide off' of the screen (hope that makes sense!). My eyes also keep crossing by themselves and I have trouble focusing occasionally. Is this tiredness (I always seem to be late to bed because I have things to do) or do I need an eyesight test?

It is possible that tiredness is a factor, but it would be worth having an eye test anyway, just to make sure. I hate this phrase but, better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks nicnic, I think I'll do both - I'll get an eye test...and some sleep for a change!

I dont know about your company but my company contribute some money towards the glasses if you need them for work, im not sure if there is a law about it or its just good will

but it could be worth asking

Have a look at this website, think it is law

It might be worth your while doing some eye exercises too. (Stop laughing!!)
You might look a bit silly, but eyes left, then eyes right, up and down and finally up diagonally, followed by down diagonally (both sides). Repeat a few times.
Hi Drusilla, I am sure that your eye exercises will surely work better after a couple of glasses of wine or whatever.
